All orders are shipped with tracked delivery, completely free of charge, with no minimum purchase required. You'll receive an email with your order number and, once your order has been dispatched, a tracking code so you can follow everything in real time in the "Track Your Order" section.

Not completely satisfied? We accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start the process, simply contact us through our contact page — we'll get back to you within 24 hours with all the instructions you need.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.
